Candy and I have always like their house and thought, "Hey, we should buy it!!" So we did!!!
You are now(or at some point) looking at the pround new owners or soon to be owners of 259 Derby Place. We are so excited for this to finally be possible. And all the praise and thanks goes to the big Guy up stairs. God is Great!!!
We will be taking possesion January 31, 2007 @ 12:00 pm. So if anyone wants to come help us move you are more than welcome. Candy will be out of commission at that time because she is getting surgery on her right wrist on the 15th, which is also great news. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, kitchen etc. upstairs and a spair room downstairs with an office and laundry. And it also has a 1 bedroom suit. It is just perfect for us and sometime in the, lord willing, near future or family.
Did I say God is Great yet!!!
Wel, thats it. Hope you are all doing great and enjoying shopping for the big day. We are ooking forward the fun times we will have in the next few days, but we will also be missing my little sis and crew a ton.

Wow.....that's amazing wonderful news! I am so happy for you guys! Your very own home.....God is so good! I am happy to hear that Candy will have her surgery soon too! It gets harder as Christmas gets closer knowing I won't be with you all on Christmas...I hope you can all manage to have fun without us! Happy homemaking and congratulations! Yippee! Yay! Wow! Great! Wonderful! That is such good news. I'm so excited for you to have your own home. That worked out so nicely. So thankful too that Candy has a date for surgery. Praying like crazy for that family you will have someday. We love you guys!
